Mr. Haj Ali Kamel

First of all, I thank the teaching team for their efforts to improve the conditions of student training and the work of teachers in order to improve the level of university success in college. And make it a model advocated by others.

The Department of Philosophy is a constituent element of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences. Despite its modernity, it is redoubling its efforts to position itself within the College's administrative system and, despite its limited material and human resources, has made it possible to create administrative, scientific and educational traditions such as the organization of seminars. Mission of Head of Department:

Article 56 of Executive Decree No. 03-279 of 23 August 2003 defines the functions of the University as well as the rules governing its organization and work (amended and completed), the head of the department being responsible for the pedagogical conduct and departmental administration and exercising peaceful authority over the users under its responsibility.

According to the third paragraph of the same article, the head of the department is appointed for a period of three years among the permanent professors of higher rank, by decision of the minister in charge of the higher education on proposition of the dean of the faculty.
